Decent pay, opportunity to travel to Dubai

- Engineering and product are considered as support teams here. - Leadership do not know what is the long term goal - Product mgmt team from Dubai is not very knowledgable - engieneering team knows more abt the product and features than the product manager who sits in Dubai and is supposedly close with the CEO.

1) You have to work with the incapable and worst product team. 2) Work environment is not friendly. Almost everyone likes accusing. 3) Micromanagement from the top leaders. 4) No hike or rewards for your hard work.
