I work for a few months as an independent contractor. Their website assures clients they are reaching a Veterinarian but instead they end up speaking mostly to Vet techs. I had to keep explaining that I wasn't a Veterinarian to customers. They also make customers think they can get prescription if they use their services. I got tired of emailing them and pointing it out to them that they were not telling the truth to the customers and they kept reassuring me they were fixing the website. It never happened so I stopped answering calls for them.
