Pros
Not long hours, if you don’t enjoy working for 8 hours straight they only schedule 5-6 hours per shift. Customer interactions are really cool
Cons
- Management is ran by young adults out of high school throughout the entire company -PROMISED STAFF FULL TIME HOURS AND TOLD THEM TO QUIT THEIR SECOND JOBS because they are going to be sooooo busy! -They overhired for the opening and then let go majority of the people they hired because they are done using you. -They talk about the people they are going to fire next to other employees -They refuse to talk to staff about issues one on one and just result to just firing or taking you off the schedule because they feel like it. -Extremely culty. They talk to you like you’ve just joined a fraternity and you must eat drink and sleep 7brew and if not they will literally outcast you until they fire you. -Have no regard for their employees and lack communication. Managers will take years to respond to a text but will immediately text on the group chat about a meme or something unrelated to work. -They prioritize the people who throw others down the bus to bring themselves to the top.
