      Worst hospitality job I ever had - was the haystack that broke this camels back

      No pros, avoid working for this company

      Cons

      Everything, they took an outdated venue and somehow made it worse by being the most ineffective management team I have had to suffer through. Mishandled the COVID situation, made us all redundant just to hire us back for furlough and then whittle us down further later down the line. The establishment closed and never opened again to the surprise of no one.

      Pros

      Lots of free rein and flexibility of schedule, work from home most days, company car for travel.

      Cons

      Zero guidance, no help, everyone passes the buck and blames everyone else. Trying to get anyone to communicate or work together is impossible and no one really cares to make anything better. Just "look" better. Expect you to do at least 2 full time jobs in your 40hrs, but won't pay overtime, or give time off in lieu.
