The interview was very professional. started training almost immediately, there was good structure which isnt always foung in the food and beverage industry.
Cons
The owner could be a little intimidating at times. This is probably why hes one of the biggest restaurantuers in DC. long hours, and very small hourly wage, both of which are to be expected

When it's good it's good. Sometimes you can make up to $600 a night.
Cons
Drama with the servers. Poorly managed. Owner doesn't care about his employee's.
