One of the most incredibly disrespectful companies is ever had the displeasure to sacrifice my time to.

Pros

The team I worked with and Operations Managers I worked under were always a pleasure to be around. When the company failed to compensate me for time worked and tips not made my OM had to pay me out of his own pocket.

Cons

Pay is atrocious, tips are few & incredibly far between, company shows zero interest in building up their employees or providing the most basic show of appreciation. As a shift manager I was paid less than the minimum wage in my state.

Get a paycheck. Sometimes on time.

Cons

Extremely high turnover rate. Managers are constantly hired and then get fired or quit weeks later. No benefits, work overtime with no compensation, and ever changing policies/expectations. Owners have a bully mentality and on the line of verbally abusive. Open door policy does not exist here. No direct deposit.
