      there are not so many pros..... you get easy a lot of inhouse training for free

      the business outlook and the projects what you get is not very satisfying .....

      Pros

      Colleagues in Payrole, Human Resources and Billing do their job very quickly. Good Smartphone. Working from HomeOffice is the new normal.

      Cons

      The Management does not take serious, that the employees need continously good education to get the job done and there is no organized way of offering education and fullfilling it. Without education the staff is spending much more time on the projects then necessary.
