      There is no management There is a 50 percent chance to be yelled at even by glancing Even if the work can be done remotely, there is zero cooperation in this matter - even in the cases of illness or extreme weather conditions. The attitude of the bosses and the manager is not appropriate There has been a firing without a warning and without explanation so there is no trust
