      Great company with leadership that truly stays involved. One thing that really stands out to me is the owner’s willingness to get down in the weeds alongside employees instead of sitting back and being disconnected from day-to-day operations. That level of involvement creates a team environment where employees feel supported and heard. There are strong opportunities for growth, a fast-paced environment, and leadership that genuinely wants people to succeed. I've really enjoyed my time with 828.

The leadership team is supportive, open to feedback, and truly invested in helping employees reach their full potential. The work environment is fast-paced, but it comes with the freedom to learn and the chance to make a real impact.

      There are times that the pressure of getting the job done is overwhelming but that is just part of working in this industry and the pros outweigh the cons.
