Awesome growing company that has exciting opportunities ahead of it! I love being a part of it and hope I can grow with the company as it reaches new heights!

Definitely some areas to improve from the top down with transparency and communication but all things they are working on!

Wonderful work culture, great training and communication. Opportunity to help people manage health issues. Ability to chat with coworkers, quarterly performance based incentives. Occasional gift cards.

Cons

May need to flex off if call volume is low. No raises but quarterly incentive
