      Pros

      Phenominal job, I enjoyed nearly everyday working there. Management has greatly improved over the years, ownership is a great team, excellent coworkers in the department as well.

      Cons

      Schedules were sometimes pushed out the day before the next working week, sometimes not the best communication within the ranks.

      A ton of potential - mixed priorities.

      Pros

      The environment is unique, in a positive way. A gun range, restaurant, bar, gym, and tactical training facility all in one. The employees you work with are generally very easy to get along with and there doesn't seem to be a tremendous amount of interdepartmental drama. The perks of the jobs are great too; free training classes, free range time, and discounts in the retail shop and restaurant.

      Cons

      Though the perks are good, they come with some caveats. Employees do not receive the same status as members unless they pay for a membership. The pay also leaves quite a bit to be desired. It is definitely on the low end for the requirements of the job, particularly as more duties get added to the role without increased compensation.
