Pros
The people who I worked with were all very nice. All displayed a very positive mood.
Cons
While still in the interview I was told that I was working on 12 day rotations, 4-6 hours a day, for minimum wage. Was told by the interviewing Manager that "If you don't like it there's a Taco Bell down the street hiring." Manager was extremely rude and when I would try to make arrangements to present something I needed to do before I ever got on the floor she would not reply to text messages and would literally reject my phone calls.

Pros
Every day at 8Elements I learn something new, I'm surrounded by motivating people, and I'm pushed to challenge myself to reach my goals. At the events, we get to see our marketing strategies play out in front of our eyes. Working with the crew at 8Elements has helped to see the potential I have and I'm excited to go to work every day!
Cons
Houston traffic can be a lot of fun...not! If you're from here you should be used it, however. If you're a "status quo", routine kind of person you won't like the challenging, innovative environment here.
