      Supports remote working Some of the management are really great

      Cons

      Improvements and feedback for change is not listened to No progression or promotions No relevant training given No consistency or best practice in both project work and personal development Literally got told not to discuss salary The most tenured get paid the least Doesn’t value staff so high churn rate Some projects work life balance is very poor Tech teams are mostly men Culture has taken a nosedive

      Sucks to be a employee at 8Squad

      Pros

      Work is good. A lot of exposure to the salesforce ecosystem.

      Cons

      The Company doesn't really care about existing employees. They say they do but their actions say something else. I have a work visa and can't change my job wihout a new sponsorship so 8squad knows this and takes full advantage. They pay me 90% less base salary than the market and that's not even an exaggeration.
