      - stable company - only positive thoughts about the team (at least all people with whom I had interaction) - online quests were really interesting

      - a friendly team without micromanagement - 0 bureaucracy - social package and benefits - flexible schedule

      Cons

      - it was kind of hard to receive feedback from the clients sometimes and the management did not really want to solve this problem
