I had a very short employment stint here and was let go for no reason. I was performing all of my duties as required and to the best of my abilities. In the short time I was an employee I was heavily micromanaged by an egotistical supervisor who had poor communication skills. When he let me go I requested specific feedback and instead of manning up and being straightforward with me he cowardly ignored my calls and emails. Moreover I was unable to get the support I needed from my colleagues to do my job in a timely manner; people were nonresponsive to emails and messaging. I was also informed by a former colleague that there were mass layoffs prior to my start date so it seems like the company is in a disarray. HR remained conspicuously silent throughout this ordeal, refraining from offering any support or clarification. Their lack of communication only further underscored the company's disregard for its employees.
