Great Management. Gives several day notice of schedule. Low tip out percentage. Walk with tips daily.

Cons

Not really any cons, regular restaurant gripes.

Pros

Great Teamwork, always busy on the weekends, good money, great regular guests who will create lifetime friendships. Decent food. Higher priced features to have a better check average as a server/bartender.

Cons

Not much to share here, had a great experience over 5 years with the company.
