      Pros

      No pro's owners are all about themselves. They will tell you the world to you're face than take the money out of you're wallet the second you turn a blind eye.

      Cons

      They rob from employees STEAL HOURS FROM PAY CHECKS rob insurance companies for as much as possible. SHADY AS CAN BE.

      Pros

      In your daily battles with management over simple things like.....logic, you will form friendships with those around you equally in bewilderment that this has somehow become your life.

      Cons

      Oh where to start?!!! Lies about salary, health benefits, job duties, advancement, perks - basically everything. Here is a good test for you when you interview.... Go wash your hands. Is the water still permanently cold? That's because the company won't even pay to make hot water! Good luck with salary negotiations.
