A truly amazing company to work for!
Pros
A really fantastic company to work for! The entire 93digital team are friendly, supportive and helpful. It's clear that everyone in the company is passionate about what they do, creating a great company culture. Lot's of focus placed on personal development, through monthly internal training days, mentorship opportunities and personal training budgets. The company is transparent with it's employees with regards to how it's doing and plans for the future - this was particularly encouraging and helpful through COVID, (alongside further initiatives to help the team adapt to WFH such as free access to mental health/workout apps, team virtual quizzes and treats delivered to your home to celebrate company milestones). IMHO 93digital and the CEO truly care about the wellbeing, progress and satisfaction of their employees.
Cons
There are no real cons. The only thing I would say to consider for the future is the structure of stand-ups as the 93digital team inevitably grows. While it's important to have visibility of projects, for those not directly involved in daily execution of these, it sometimes felt too detailed/time consuming.
