Pros

The products really work. The dedication of the consultants is impressive. There are some fantastic people employed there.

Cons

The Biggest con is really the owners David and Susan. 1. They have created an environment ripe with infighting and reward people that try to get others in trouble. 2. They don’t trust their staff to do good work, work a full day, or even make minute decisions regarding projects they are working on. David would even walk around the office at the end of the day to make sure no one leaves 5 min early. 3. They refuse to look at their business practices to determine what issues could be causing the steady stream of people leaving. David and Susan dig their heels in and say it’s because of a “few bad apples”. They are the bad apples driving people away. 4. Susan thinks she knows everything and won’t listen to anyone. Trust your staff you hired them for a reason. 5. David has no real power. Any decision he makes has to go through Susan. He just sits in his office coming up with busy work and finding new ways to micromanage staff. 6. There was an issue where one of the staff members (Staff A) (who is still employed there) made a very inappropriate comment regarding the race of another staff member (Staff B). Staff B was justifiably mad, got up and walked out quitting on the spot. David and Susan spoke with both Staff A and B. Ultimately taking the side of Staff A who made the comment. Since then Staff A has been promoted and is praised for their good work. Staff B never retuned to the office. 7. They intentionally keep the staff below 50 employees so the don’t have to take part in the Family Medical Leave Act. 8. They both like to say they do this work to help kids. The products do work very well, but they aren’t in it for the kids. Not anymore at least. They just want more money so they can buy another house in Arizona. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Pros

There really are no pros. The only positive review you will see on this site was clearly written by the owners. My time there was made tolerable only because of the wonderful co-workers. Misery loves company.

Cons

Pay was sub-par. Autocratic management stye stifles employees. High turnover rate is due to many employees finally breaking free and others (many others) fired at the whim of the owners.

Pros

Some good people in the company Company has a good mission

Cons

High turnover of employees - it appears that many are fired I don't feel secure in my job Owner isn't honest with people - says what she wants you to hear We are always told that certain things are going to happen, then they don't Constantly changing expectations Other employees complain about the company, but won't "rock the boat" by telling management
