Pros

Decent pay, flexible workload, no weekends.

Cons

Highly unorganized, management severely under qualified for the positions they hold, as a lesser YOU will do their work for them and they will get paid for it. They claim to have a family atmosphere and they do if they like you, but will ostracize an entire team and utilize shady business practices to find fault and terminate their employment in order to replace them with people they like. They do not make any attempt to rectify issues and are known to blindside people with termination. There will be no verbal or written warning. You may not even know you did something wrong. And they will not tell you. They will use employees against other employees. They will use favored employees to gather intel on employees they dislike in order to have enough to terminate them. These employees will have no idea but the employee that gathered this information will receive a promotion despite being guilty of all the offenses the other employees were terminated for. The list could go on and on. They are a company of sociopaths and have no moral compass whatsoever. You should only apply if you are desperate. But make your employment here temporary until you can find something better. The pay isn’t worth it and the benefits aren’t that great.

Pros

Negative. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Forget it.

Cons

This company is a joke. It's like the worse kind of bait and switch. They'll lure you in with saying how the company treats its employees like family. One manager will even tell you that she'll go grocery shopping twice a month for her team (which never happened btw) and this and that. It sounds like a job made in paradise. And then you get there and the manager and the rest of her team are petty and passive-aggressive towards you. Do something they don't like? They will send out a passive-aggressive email to the ENTIRE TEAM. "Oh but we're a family!" PFFT. Family wouldn't call me a cripple or gimpy for having a disability. Family wouldn't give you this dumbdumb to train you and then be like "oh tough luck." Or force you to work some shifts overnight for training on a program or a market that you'll never have to deal with. You'll feel like you're walking on ice, 24/7. The mornings are the only busy/hectic part of your day; everything else is just filler. They'll tell you to work on addresses during the "downtime," and then later will nag you for "doing them wrong," when the dumbdumb who trained you, trained you do them wrong. Point this out and they'll complain and say you're being immature for putting the blame on someone else. If you don't answer the phone when the client calls, they'll yell at you for not answering the phone.. instead of doing their job and answering it. And heaven forbid if you have a disability. One girl who had some super of supervisor status due to her relationship with the boss called me gimpy because I needed a wheelchair once, and another called me a cripple. Told the supervisor this work could be done from home. She laughed in my face, came up with bs excuses why it couldn't happen. Covid happened less than a month later, and we were told to work from home. We were not told ANYTHING about "productivity," or that how roles would change. Yet, for some reason, that's the bs excuse that they used to "release me" from my position.

Pros

You need five words I have none.

Cons

Poor pay, cliquey like another review mentioned, not trained, weird environment, over worked under paid. You literally aren’t trained, it’s pretty much fail until you fail. It should be some type of “2 week training” course one just understanding the job.
