First and foremost an important tip: The moment you accept the offer, make sure to say goodbye to any work benefit you've ever known. You won't be able to get things done without the impact of office politics and gossip and guesswork and unnecessary levels of approval. There was a former verbally abusive CTO who gave all IT members an unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime miserable experience. And unfortunately this was not the worst. I could write an essay but just want to make it short for now - only work here if you really need a job for survival, otherwise, save yourself from the daily powerless struggles and do something better.

Most co-workers are very nice.

Cons

You will feel like you work in a foreign country, 80% of the folks here do not speak fluent English.There is no formal training. I can't believe a company like this size doesn't even have any new hire orientation. The worst thing is the pay, you will never get a raise no matter how hard you work. Do not work here if you have a college degree, there are better opportunities!!!
