- if your outlet don't have enough staff, get your mental ready for the bs - a LOT of outlets don't have enough manager/asst. manager manpower, so they'll assigned you to 'acting' to the other outlets (with fix jadual acting), & here we go.. if you want to AL, you have to SACRIFICE the other manager's offday to take care of the outlet. And you have to work on your supposedly 'offday' 🥰 in other words, you're forced to take AL/UL if you plan to change your 'offday'. - for jadual acting; Full day, Noon, Morning, Special shift. The bs thing is the 'special', you have to work from 9.15am-2.45pm, rest for 4H30M and continue working from 5.45pm-10.15pm. for what reason you think?😏 -oh ya, remember this.. the salary work hour supposedly start at 9.45am(full day/morning shift), but you have to arrived at your outlet BEFORE 9.15 am, otherwise you'll get the love letter 😄 -most of the time, you need to work for free and you'll understand what i meant if you join this company..

As a former staff member of 99SPEEDMART SD BHD, I feel compelled to share my experience. The work environment here is extremely stressful and disorganized. Management is often unresponsive and fails to provide adequate training, leaving employees to figure things out on their own. There is a lack of communication, and it feels like there is no real support system in place. The workload is overwhelming, with long hours and minimal breaks, yet there is little recognition or appreciation for the effort put in. Staff are regularly expected to work overtime without proper compensation, and any feedback or suggestions are often ignored. The store itself is poorly maintained, with frequent stock shortages and outdated systems that make the job even harder. Overall, working at 99SPEEDMART was an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and respectful workplace.
