Pros

-> Peaceful ambience, located in a hamlet

Cons

-> Absolutely no opportunity to learn -> While in other companies working upto late night is seldom, here you need to work daily upto 8pm -> We are not credited for the hard work that we put in. -> HR team has been endowed with the task of screwing the employees -> Freshers are not given adequate training

Learning Opportunities are good, but limited.

Pros

1. Small company so better learning opportunities. The company is making quite the name for itself in the Indian and International market. 2. Flexible with their working hours 3. Good Location ( The place is laid back, without the hustle and bustle of a city, however depends on personal preference.

Cons

1. Management is not good, HR policies are designed to work against you. They have a HUGE 3 year contract with a deposit (Min: 1 Lakh) that every new comer has to sign, which is absurd. 2. The company is run like an IT office, the environment is kind of depressing and doesn't feel like a gaming company at all, people are uptight. 3. Too little people and too much work. Team size is ridiculously small for relatively big projects. 4. Entire upper management are basically people who've been in the company since it's start, and the company was initially a software developing company that started with porting games and then gradually shifted to making them, so most people aren't even gamers and there is no such thing as 'gamer' culture in the office.

Pros

-99Games is on its way to be one of the key Game Studios in India. -Highly experienced yet humble team members, open to guide and help you out. -Some of the employees have been working in Robosoft/99Games for over a decade. -Have successfully published Global IPs like StarChef and made Bollywood games for Dhoom(Aamir Khan), Fan(Shahrukh Khan) and Sultan(Salman Khan) i.e they have all the Khans which I think is cool :) -Sends employees to events like Nasscom, GDC and Casual Connect. -Willing to accept reasonable failures from employees and helping them out to improve accordingly. -Salaries are never delayed. -Located in Udupi, locals here are kind and I have rarely witnessed any hassles, which makes living here comfortable.

Cons

-Doesn't have a Gaming room. -3 Months Notice Period. -It's located in a small town and can get boring if you love metro life. More suitable for Introverts.
