I recently started working at 9 Ten Solutions and I cant lie, I was worried about working around the public and being in group setting due to covid. I was really looking forward to the team events that they had mention during the interviews but again worried. The job I had worked at before this didn't care about the employees health which is why i left. Anyway I was really excited how we did zoom trainings rather then in office training and address covid in all our meetings. Then while in the stores we have mask, wipes, gloves, and hand sanitizer. They went as far to even do team night on Zoom and played card games.

So far I have found none!

I was with the company for much much less than a year, ive had different sales positions jobs that werent great and was very skeptical at first, but when i came to 9Ten I experienced friendly coworkers, happy work environment, good encouragement to learn and grow to move up, a super duper boss who is very supportive, good pay comes with good performance.

Cons

Be ready to stand up a lot. Bad performance means low pay for yourself, nothing personal from the company, its just how it works. Constant need for mask in public when working.
