      Family oriented, if you need to leave early or bring the kid into the office - you can as long as the child is quiet.

      Cons

      Management not open to change. ERP is antiquated. Seems like management is always behind closed doors. Some departments get preferential treatment over others.

      Old company with old tools. No updated software combined with old processes. New generation has made no investment or necessary changes. No real vision and poor general management.
