Flexible shifts and there are always opportunities to pick up extra hours. Watching consumers grow and have fun is very rewarding.

Cons

Employee drama seems to interfere with some employees ability to work.

Pros

If you know how to do QP-type work, you will succeed. Love being able to work with people with I/DD and supervising their direct support staff to help them find different, unique ways to help their consumers be successful and be more independent.

Cons

You get thrown into your job without proper training. They promise they will help you and get you help, but wasn't happening until I was at the point of complete burnout.
