Great learning experience, awesome consumers!

Cons

Low pay, unhelpful and inconsistent supervisors, some are great, but each is very different and I believe we need more consistency. Some are rude and degrading, rather than helpful. Traveling far with no pay most of the time. Many cancellations that you don't get paid for. Set schedule, but cancelations cause a drop in pay. Pay is not consistent. I wouldn't advise anyone to take this job if they depend on this money to pay rent because it is very inconsistent.

Could be a fulfilling service since it is an Autism services agency. Fast paced and busy environment.

Cons

Lack of professionalism between lower management and other employees. Condescending and poor communication and leadership skills. Office managers ask for task to be done and give no structure or guidance, scoff when asked for some.

Schedule is basically created by parents; sessions are easily cancelled if parents don’t want a session. Not a stable job for those seeking FT employment
