      Cons

      If you are a POC looking for employment don't do it. they will use you to say they are diverse then they we get rid of you to. they don't keep staff of color nor do they aim to keep students of color. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. They will laugh in your face with the office doors shut and dismiss all of your concerns.

      Co workers are awesome , at least most of them. Families are great

      Cons

      * management is awful * No raises * Made to come in early or stay late * No work/life balance * Owner only cares about money not about children
