      Pros

      Company is great to work for when you are just starting out in your career. The owners are down to earth and are great to work for.

      Cons

      The only issue I have with the company is not giving employees their performance reviews and no structure.

      Pizza every Tuesday if you’re day shift

      Cons

      On Midnights you’re basically just a baby sitter making sure drivers are awake and rolling on time to make appointments, answering text messages and watching for bad weather. Blows my kind that the drivers can’t do load updates on their own tablets that they have to send a text for dispatch to do it. Never saw that before. Salary position means no overtime pay extra hours past 40 are paid at straight time

      Pay presented as salary, but not actually; check was docked if you left early, but you were not paid additional hours if staying late Terrible health insurance Toxic culture No room for advancement/promotion
