      Pros

      Lots of pros with the position, I was hired Entry level and taught the basics of a Manager position. I was able to obtain a Management role within a month of being hired. Executives are very hands on which is great for communication, and company culture as a whole. I enjoy being able to create my own paychecks, with a low level of micro-management. It's great learning and working with like-minded individuals that want you to succeed. A.E Management is an awesome company!

      Nothing major would say they are very flexible as long as you communicate with management.

      - Encouraging supervisors & co-workers - Paid hands-on training - Non-mandatory training outside work

      - If you don't enjoy selling cable service inside a retail store to lots of customers, then this is not for you. - If you're expecting a 9-5 typical kind of work, then is also not for you. - No medical benefits
