Lots of lay offs and branch shut downs. Not a good time to consider a job here

Currently owned by an equity firm who really doesn’t understand aerospace. TONS of layoffs. Cash flow issues that weren’t there before. Reputation is shot now. No transparency with employees and customers. Especially key contract customers. Very hard to convince customers we still can service their needs.
