      Pros

      It was close to home, and gave me a start in the Commercial Door/Frame Industry. Made lots of industry contacts, and a few close friends

      Cons

      The corporate entity had no clue what was going on at the branch level in each of it's 27 different markets. Tried to run 27 cities with different types of construction trends and clientele exactly the same.

      Great place to work...the people are awesome and I really like to be here every single day...even weekends

      none to speak of as this is the best organization I have ever been a part of....truely great
