I worked at A.S. Watson Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Flexible working hours - Department head and line level managers are generally friendly - General bonus scheme, but only for manager level and up staff members

    Cons

    - Aggressive project timelines - Appears to be running Agile, but in fact is still running traditional SDLC/Waterfall - Always promotes itself to be a modern workplace, but in fact very old-school and local at heart - changes are generally not embraced - Can be painful trying to work with people from outside immediate team - people are afraid to commit and always try to protect themselves from doing work and making mistakes

I have been working at A.S. Watson Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Well-kept trucks, always packed, max. 7 stores a day, often 3 or four.

    Cons

The company does not treat all drivers the same. The favorites have more hours and easier routes. in winter one has 2 working days, the other 5 days. Badly planned routes. Very early start between 1 am and 6 am
