      Pros

      Hands down the best company I have worked for, they are always flexible when needed and very approachable. My manager is always on hand to help and is very approachable too. I have had good managers in previous jobs but not like my current manager, if I need something, I know he will help. Overall it's an amazing place to work and if anyone had the chance to work at Cross I would highly recommend taking it!
