Worst place I have ever worked in my life.

Pros

The company is 4 decades old, pay is relatively good for the industry, and the office is clean.

Cons

There is incredibly high turnover below the executive level. Administrative staff members leave in 6 months or less. Executives are a nightmare- demanding, unrealistic expectations, requests for training or resources are ignored. Executives know their industry, but are clueless as to how to effectively manage, maintain, or nurture staff. Saying that this is a high-pressure office is an understatement of monumental proportions. Staff level employees operate in constant fear, under constant criticism, and with no thanks or recognition of anything done correctly. Any mistake is immediately pointed out, often in front of coworkers. As it is such a dog-eat-dog environment, co-workers frequently throw each other under the bus. There is no ability to become friendly with co-workers and there is no trust or sense of camaraderie at all.

Pros

Pay check arrived on time

Cons

Literally everything else. The President behaves like an overly entitled god in their own mind and has absolutely no tether to reality. There's no actual development going on. There were no new projects in years, lawsuits, lies, and apathy. Definitely not a place for anyone looking to positively add to their portfolio. The whole thing stank of a shell company tax dodge for ownership. I couldn't stay.
