Business outlook
Pros
- Work/Life balance (due to working on a military base, can't speak for the balance for those who work for corporate) - Don't have to deal with the company much as we are contractors
Cons
- Benefits (NO sick days, does not honor benefits earned from previous employment/service under past contracts) - Communication (they are AWFUL with email) - Company does not care about employees - Does not give back to employees
