Pros

Potential to make a lot of money. Can earn £50k with commissions. Basic salary is minimal. Lot of good people working there and non cash incentives can be very good - holidays, televisions, games consoles, high street vouchers etc.

Cons

4 days on, 4 days off rota, 12 hour shifts (08:00 -20:15). Management will change targets as soon as they see agents making a little bit of money. As a result to hit targets you must do overtime. Having family time, or time to enjoy to yourself is not really an option for the company. If you do not hit targets they will get rid of you. Scandals with the company are a common occurrence but it is easily swept under the rug as all management team only look out for each other. Peoples mental health are not a concern.
