They had my fiance confidently leave his stable, 6 figure paying job to be let go after 7 business days of working there. They gave him no explanation beyond "It's not a fit" literally the day after giving him keys to the office. He did not have a single indiscretion or negative interaction with the owners or his colleagues. He even went to a company outing on day 5 with everyone and was so excited and happy to be there. They just eliminated his role as if he was some nobody off of the street and weren't even apologetic. His boss also had the audacity to ask why he looked SHOCKED. Who wouldn't be, given the neck snapping short notice 1 week into the job, gave him a 1/2 dozen branded polos, a coffee mug, 2 sport bags, a welcome wine and charcuterie basket and tickets to a BASEBALL GAME!! This company haphazardly just derailed our lives and could care less. The only red flag before this was he was advised to not disclose to existing employees what his official title was as it might offend people that were not being considered for such a high level role. So happy to have been a part of your "social experiment"... I could only imagine how they treat their customers who rely on them to protect their homes!!
