Take random decisions, and judge you based on them, sometimes give wfh and then randomly call back, always call and give work on weekends. Keep on forcing us to write good reviews here. Randomly terminates good employees too.

Joined them recently and it turned out to be a complete disaster. The founders had no clue what they were doing, kept changing their minds, and made random decisions without logic or data. They hired me, made a bunch of promises, and then fired me after a month saying they were cutting down the team. Clearly, this was planned even before they hired me. During that month, the work under me actually showed growth, but that didn’t matter because they don’t know how to read data or measure performance. There’s no structure, no proper analytics setup, and zero understanding of how to run a business. Everyone working there seemed confused and scared to question anything. They don’t want employees who think, they just want people who will say yes to everything. If you ever get an offer from a company that behaves like this, do yourself a favor and walk away. It’s not worth the time, energy, or frustration. Stability and decent leadership are worth way more than their fake promises.
