Pros

Good place if you are looking for 100% remote work and stable working days and hours, that was before they were purchased by World Host Group. Good team and internal structure when it comes to the Support Department;

Cons

Annual Salary raise is quite low and below 10% for even top performers, no annual/end-of-the-year bonus as well. In general, there is no bonus system whatsoever. A bit of a corporate-heavy company structure
