Cons
I worked with a360 Firm Solutions for nearly four years and want to be 100% honest in relaying my experience with the Colorado Springs office. The management staff does not give promotion to internal staff unless you are either male, or you are high in the pecking order and "fit in" with the other women in management. A lot of rumors and passive aggression flutter about the office, and management seems to be in denial that most of this comes from the management staff themselves.
