Worst place I have ever worked!! By far!!

None...seriously none. Worst place ever! Can't even say 1 good thing about it.

Cons

No organization. Terrible management. Many unqualified people on every level. Never pay on time. There were days when we had no work at all yet management would still be all over to keep working. The place is packed with people going all different directions with no purpose really. Bunch of chickens without heads. Worst of all they promise more work than they have. When they say full time or permanent position they don't tell you it will all be over in less than a year.

The place is basically run by one dictator at the Downsview facility. He likes to show he is boss by changing shifts and favouring certain people. Does not know how to delegate properly to the managers under him and takes decisions away from them.
