For a lot of the properties, the tips are pretty good.

Pros

Most locations will work with your schedule, they allow growth to a certain extent, they offer a great safety program; which allows employees to stay in the loop and active in regards to what goes on on the company. Also, the company is cultured and pretty diverse.

Cons

There aren't any benefits. Growth is allowed and only worth it until the Supervisory level; if you're young, they only want to pay hourly for managerial positions while the older managers are paid salaried. They constantly hold on to employees that they need to let go of. Majority of the managers that I've come in contact with are full of nay sayers.

Will never work there again managers have no respect they are from Africa and treating the job like they still in Africa
