      Pros

      For the most part people there are nice and helpful.

      Cons

      There is no direction or any training provided by managers. We basically have to learn things on our own and just "figure it out". The work is just day-to-day. There seems to be a lot of politics going on as well between management.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is lively and the people have good personalities. Day to day activities are fun and there are lots of laughs.

      Cons

      There are lots of urgent meetings and not much over sight from the higher ups. No policies are set in place and not much planning for the future. Things are looked at as they come in.

      Very nice people who sincerely want to help each other.

      Cons

      Management has no leadership or direction, incapability to manage client expectation or control client's unreasonable demands. The high turnover says it all.
