Everything. This was an excellent place to work until a new CEO was hired. Only a hand full of original employees remain. Most were fired. Many positions have been replaced with consultants that have a connection to the CEO. Several former staff members speculate that the CEO is getting a cut of what the association is paying to these consultants. The board of directors have allowed this behavior, which tells you about the integrity of the organization. Some have learned of their dismissal through emails from board members or trying to log into their email while on vacation. The CEO makes the HR Director do all the firing. He doesn’t have the guts to do it himself. What a coward. Don’t work here unless you like selling your soul to the devil. You will be promised great things, but it will be just one big lie. If you like job stability, don’t work here. Every day you will wonder if you are the next person to go. Very toxic work environment.

In 2017 a new CEO took over with big visions for change that initially excited staff. Turned out that change meant layoffs for over half of the 60 employees and outsourcing to friends of the newly hired "c" suite. Leadership lies to staff to make them feel comfortable while searching for ways to outsource their jobs. The new changes means a whole shift in the mission and vision of the organization that includes ignoring and forgetting about many physicians who spent time and effort to grow the association.
