Pros

Great benefits, collegial environment among peers, and being part of an industry leader is definitely a plus.

Cons

Strategic decisions are increasingly made in top-down fashion, with no consultation of those affected by those decisions regarding potential consequences. No loyalty to even long-term dedicated employees. Cliquish executive team.

Very good compensation package Great PTO plan Great location Free use of parking garage close to Arena

Cons

The CFO does not believe in work-life balance. The company has no loyalty to employees, Highly toxic environment starting from the top. Leadership uses "family" to compensate for poor treatment. Expectations increase as resources are taken away. No room for career growth. Leadership has favorites. Ego is a leading principle for leadership.

Great benefits, leadership, location and work environment. Hybrid schedule but office is available should you want or need to be in on different days.

Cons

No organization is perfect, but AACSB is as close to perfect as you will find.
