      Providing assistance to needy people.

      Cons

      Very toxic and corrupt environment. Upper management works on the premises of being punitive. This begins with the CEO, COO, and Human Resources. This behavior trickles down to the directors. If you do not go along with what they want from you, you are targeted. This is a very financially corrupt organization. They are paid well by the funders, but never seems to have money to make the necessary repairs or provide staff with a bonus or salary increases. A lot of co-mingling of money occurs at this organization.
