If you want to learn how to conduct audits in a thorough manner, it's a great place. Good jump from graduate -> professional employment as it's run much like a family business and is less cutthroat or professional than other audit firms. Others will take the time to help you succeed if you ask. Culture is great. Benefits are nice. Clear Leadership stewarding

Micromanaging at every level Stagnant development at Senior level. Organization decisions are tightly held, putting a cloudy vision on any paths to contributing at a higher level. Development paths are far too slow in this industry. Micromanaging of work output without consistent feedback Pay is consummate with the small size of the team.
