1yThank you for taking the time to write a review and for your feedback. Both are very much appreciated. We do not offer a traditional group health plan, that is true. Instead we offer an ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement), which allows employees to choose any health insurance plan that is best for them and/or their family instead of being forced to take a one size does not fit all company plan. Aardy then reimburses the employee monthly for their plan (up to a certain amount). The overwhelming feedback we receive is that our employees are happy to be able to choose a plan that works for them. But everyone is entitled to their preference and we hope this employee found a company that offers a traditional group health plan that is more to their liking.
