      There are many. You get to work with ethical, intelligent and engaged people at every level of the company. Superior communication, self-management, flexibility and results are expected. The work for diverse types of B2C and B2B clients was interesting and challenging and there was always an opportunity to step up in areas outside of my normal worklife or skillset. I felt I was well-compensated and appreciated. Leadership works tirelessly to grow the company's vision and performance. I really enjoyed my time here!

      Cons

      Aaxis runs lean so some corporate functions are lean as well. Corporate communication could be more regular. If need a highly structured environment with clearly defined career paths, then this company could be a challenge for you. There are opportunities for advancement but you do have to help form your path.

      Poor planning, and treating employees like this is some sort of a body shop! Hiring and firing based on whims and fancies! Why do we have to pay for the poor management decisions made by a bunch of worthless jokers who call themselves qualified to run a company!
